Terms and Conditions

Prepayment: 30 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

Cancellation: If cancelled or changed up to 10 days before the date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• The prices are all quoted in Euros, per night, for the whole villa (two bedrooms) for a maximum of six people.
• Children under two years old can stay free of charge (if you would like a cot and a high chair, please ask when booking).
• Minimum stay is three or four nights, depending on the month.
• All taxes are included in the price.
• In order to secure a reservation, we ask for a deposit via bank transfer or credit card.
• Pets are allowed on request (please ask when booking).
